What data we collect

• Order data: name, delivery and billing address, e-mail address, phone number, order contents.
• Account data: e-mail address, password (stored in a protected, encrypted form), order history.
• Payment data: card payments are processed by an authorised payment provider (Stripe); your card number is never stored on our servers.

Purposes and legal bases of processing

• Performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): order processing, delivery, order-related communication, your customer account.
• Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): issuing and retaining invoices under the Croatian Accounting Act and invoice fiscalisation.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): fraud prevention, system security, dispute resolution.
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): sending newsletters and promotional messages — only if you have opted in; you may withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every message.

Retention periods

Data on issued invoices is retained for 11 years, as required by the Croatian Accounting Act. Account data is retained until you delete your account. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent.

Recipients of data

We share your data only with service providers necessary to run the store: our hosting provider in the European Union, our payment provider (Stripe), delivery services (for shipping), our accounting service, and competent authorities where required by law (e.g. the Tax Administration). We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Cookies

The site uses only essential cookies — for the shopping cart, sign-in and basic store functions. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You have the right of access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. To exercise your rights, contact us at antiquebladesstore@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), www.azop.hr.

Protection of minors

Use of our site is reserved for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.
