Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Croatian consumer protection law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Returns are not accepted after this period.

If a delivered item does not meet your expectations, notify us immediately by e-mail at antiquebladesstore@gmail.com and return the parcel within the 14-day period. At your choice, we will refund your money or exchange the item.

Return conditions

• The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received — complete, without any repair, alteration, cleaning or modification. (Detailed photographs taken before dispatch serve as evidence of condition.)
• Returns must be sent in the original packaging, as a tracked and prepaid shipment, under dispatch conditions similar to the original delivery (including insurance).
• All return costs are borne by the buyer.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we refund the amount paid — including the standard cost of the original delivery — without delay, using the same payment method used for the purchase, and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Items returned incomplete, altered or damaged through the buyer's fault will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender, or the refund will be reduced in proportion to the diminished value of the item.
